The Rotkopf Group was created in 2006, a spin off from a group of professionals from this sector. From the very start the aim was to form a professional and qualified partnership in its dealings with the public and private sectors of the Italian health system.
The Group has based its business on ensuring customer satisfaction and offering a quality service by providing an extensive range of goods and services all of which rely upon innovative technology, provided by trained and dedicated professionals.
Today the Group's activities cover a vast range of this market sector, from the provision of medical products and apparatus to the supply of the very latest technological innovations, from the global maintenance of electromedical and radiology equipment to the design and turnkey supply of entire hospital wards.
The Rotkopf Group is structured as follows: it is based on a controlling master company and a series of independently operating subsidiaries, thus allowing the greatest possible autonomy of operation by the companies involved, ensuring that our personnel and managers are in complete charge of day-to-day business activities, maximum flexibility in the decision-making process, and a clear division of responsibility, along with continual monitoring of national and international trends. This allows us to offer a varied technical and professional synergy, reflecting the distinct specialisations of the three companies and the diverse expertise they provide.
Group companies:
Arkon srl - imports and distributes a range of high-tech innovative products for operating theatres.
Foretec srl - provides integrated turnkey clinical engineering services in the management, maintenance and safety of electromedical equipment, the building and rebuilding of hospital wards, and high-tech installation.
Proing srl - provides a full range of technical engineering services, consultancy, design, implementation and testing.
The company is specialised in the development and construction of high-tech hospital wards - diagnostic imaging, operating theatre suites, intensive therapies, haemodynamics, sterilisation centres, analysis laboratories etc.
The ethos of the society is focussed on continual research and development of high-tech innovative products and their application in serving the needs of its medical customers. This is why the Group's staff consist of biomedical engineers, architects and young graduates who all have relevant experience and a scientific background, coupled with enthusiasm and the ability to understand and adapt the innovations and new developments of modern society.
